Brinkman Construction has started renovations on an existing building in Westminster’s Sheridan Park 7. The extensive interior improvements and exterior refacing will welcome the park’s newest tenant, ITT Technical Institute. The 26,914 SF, three-story building is located on the east side of Highway 36, south of 88th Avenue.

Brinkman has partnered with PBV Architects and Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross on this development of Woodbury Corporation. The interior space is being completely dismantled and rebuilt to include new mechanical and electrical systems, all new floor and bathroom finishes and the addition of an administration office and classrooms. Exterior renovations consist of new windows and the removal of sloped exterior glazing and siding elements. These will be replaced with new vertical wall framing with stucco and brick finish. Upon completion, the building will be restructured from a pyramid form to a box-shaped building. The work will transform the building to create a more modern appearance.

“We are excited to be working with Woodbury Corporation and ITT Technical Institute to bring to life their vision to provide continued excellence and opportunities in education,” said Paul Brinkman, president of Brinkman Construction.

ITT Tech plans to occupy the space upon completion in mid July of this year.
