Brinkman Construction has started work on Poudre Valley Health System’s Greeley Infusion Center at the former Concordia medical building. Located at 1675 18th Avenue, the space will be modified to accommodate Greeley Medical Clinic’s oncology and rheumatology programs. The project consists of renovations on the existing 8,200 SF and the addition of 1,400 new SF that includes the center’s lobby and waiting area.

The building is part of a 1950’s-era structure in core/shell state that partially burned in July of 2009. Its locality next door to the Greeley Medical Clinic and across the street from Banner Health-operated North Colorado Medical Center put the facility in a great position to serve Northern Colorado’s medical needs. Upon completion, this will provide a unique, high-quality medical facility for PVHS and the Greeley area. Building renovations will include brand new windows, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and interior finishes. 11 exam rooms, a 20-patient-capacity infusion wing and an outdoor healing garden will be created by the time the project is completed at the end of August.

“Poudre Valley Health System is one of the premier health systems in the nation and we’re
excited for this great opportunity to work together with them, along with the doctors, the city of
Greeley and many of the local subcontractors,” said Paul Brinkman, president of Brinkman
