 Community Description

Red Leaf was a collaborated effort between developers and the City of Broomfield to connect the 142 acre, master-planned community with the City’s new recreation center and public park; creating Broomfield’s first neighborhood to integrate affordable homes with luxury housing. Homeowners enjoy sidewalks and trails linking the neighborhood to Broomfield Commons. Broomfield’s newest City Park boasts acres of landscaped parks and natural open space featuring play ground equipment, City ball fields, picnic tables, and miles of jogging and walking trails. Red Leaf’s close proximity to Broomfield Commons is perfect for enjoying fourth of July fireworks, movies in the park, dog parks, and Paul Derda Recreational Center.

Beginning in 2000; the homes in Red Leaf, which was built by several different builders, range in price from the high $200s to the $400s.

School Information

Red Leaf borders on two different school districts; Adams County Five Star (official school district of Red Leaf) and Boulder Valley. The close proximity to these school districts gives residence the option to choose between these two school districts with both elementary schools within walking distance to Red Leaf.
