 Community Description

Red Leaf was a collaborated effort between developers and the City of Broomfield to connect the 142 acre, master-planned community with the City’s new recreation center and public park; creating Broomfield’s first neighborhood to integrate affordable homes with luxury housing. This unique and picturesque community is located close to public schools and features trails, pocket parks, and open space. To view parks and open space CLICK HERE.

Homeowners enjoy sidewalks and trails linking the neighborhood to Broomfield Commons. Broomfield’s newest City Park boasts acres of landscaped parks and natural open space featuring play ground equipment, City ball fields, picnic tables, and miles of jogging and walking trails. Red Leaf’s close proximity to Broomfield Commons is perfect for enjoying fourth of July fireworks, movies in the park, dog parks, and Paul Derda Recreational Center.

Beginning in 2000; the homes in Red Leaf, which was built by several different builders, range in price from the high $200s to the $400s.

Red Leaf homes have stylish frame and rock construction. The yards are average in size and generally flat with corral fencing to give a larger, greener feel to the neighborhood.
